饮食营养护理结合健康宣教对2型糖尿病患者的影响

摘要	研究在2型糖尿病患者护理中应用饮食营养护理结合健康宣教起到的临床效果。方法本次实验开始于2021年10月，结束于2022年10月，选取本院收治的64例2型糖尿病患者为观察对象，将这64例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，前者应用常规护理干预，后者应用饮食营养护理结合健康宣教护理，通过对两组患者基本资料分析来了解不同护理方式起到的护理效果。结果综合多项研究表明，观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组，患者遵医行为高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在2型糖尿病患者护理中应用饮食营养以及健康宣教护理能够改善患者不良心理状态，也能从其机体免疫力提升中降低多种并发症发生。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical effect of dietary nutrition nursing combined with health education in the nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The experiment began in October 2021 and ended in October 2022. 64 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital were selected as observation objects, and the 64 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the former with routine nursing intervention, the latter with diet nutrition nursing combined with health education and nursing. Through the analysis of the basic data of the two groups of patients, understand the nursing effect of different nursing methods. Results Multiple studies showed that the quality of life score and compliance behavior of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of diet nutrition and health education nursing in the nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the adverse psychological state of patients, but also reduce the occurrence of various complications from the improvement of body immunity.
