摘要	老年冠心病合并高血压患者应用批判性思维的综合护理，观察该护理模式对患者血压和心功能的改善效果。方法收集80例冠心病合并高血压老年患者，时间在2022年2月-2023年6月，随机分2组，对照组和观察组分别应用常规护理和批判性思维的综合护理，对比两组干预效果。结果至于SBP、DBP水平，干预后，观察组低于对照组，存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）；至于心功能指标，两组患者干预后的LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF比干预前均有了明显的改善，但观察组各指标改善幅度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论冠心病合并高血压老年患者运用批判性思维的综合护理后，可以有效改善患者的血压和心功能，值得推荐。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of critical thinking integrated nursing on blood pressure and cardiac function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension. Methods 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension were collected from February 2022 to June 2023, randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group and the observation group were respectively treated with conventional nursing and critical thinking comprehensive nursing, and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared. Results The levels of SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, with statistical difference (P < 0.05). As for cardiac function indexes, LVEDD, LVESD and LVEF in both groups were significantly improved after intervention compared with those before intervention, but the improvement of indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of critical thinking can effectively improve the blood pressure and cardiac function of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension, and it is worth recommending.
