Objective To study and analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing model to cardiovascular internal medicine nursing. Methods In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 68 patients were selected from the cardiovascular department. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of cardiology and were diagnosed as myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure, etc. At the same time, 68 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, and routine nursing and high-quality nursing mode were respectively implemented to compare the specific nursing effects of the two groups. Results First, the nursing quality scores of the two groups were evaluated and compared, including "nursing attitude", "psychological counseling", "management measures" and "operation level". The results showed that the above nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Secondly, after nursing intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were improved, and the observation group was lower (P < 0.05); Finally, nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing model in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing can improve the quality of nursing, reduce the psychological pressure of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
