Objective To explore the application value of PBL combined with CBL dual teaching mode in the teaching of hand trauma occupational therapy. Methods The 2020-level rehabilitation therapy technology majors in our school were selected, and PBL combined with CBL double-standard teaching was adopted as the experimental group. Select the 2019-level rehabilitation therapy technology majors in our school and adopt the conventional teaching method as the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of their satisfaction with the teaching methods, the students mastery of theoretical knowledge in the OT teaching of hand trauma, and the assessment scores of the students skills in the OT teaching of hand trauma. Results The experimental groups satisfaction with the teaching method, the students mastery of theoretical knowledge in the hand injury occupational therapy teaching, and the assessment scores of the students skill operation in the hand injury occupational therapy teaching were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences, P<0.05. Conclusion The dual-track teaching mode of PBL combined with CBL is more effective in the teaching and implementation of occupational therapy for hand trauma.
