营养支持护理和心理护理对舌癌患者生活质量的改善效果评价

摘要	探究营养支持护理、心理护理在舌癌患者中的应用价值。方法选取92例于2022年4月-2023年2月到我院接受治疗的舌癌患者为研究对象，采用数字随机分配原则分为对照组、观察组，对照组46例，观察组46例。分别选择常规护理和营养支持护理联合心理护理，比照两组护理满意度、SDS、SAS评分、生活质量、并发症情况。结果观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理后，观察组SDS、SAS评分较对照组明显降低，观察组生活质量显著升高（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论营养支持护理和心理护理用于舌癌患者中，可显著提高护理满意度，改善患者的负面情绪，提高生活质量，从而降低并发症，值得推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application value of nutritional support nursing and psychological nursing in patients with tongue cancer. Methods: 92 patients with tongue cancer who received treatment in our hospital from April 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by the principle of numerical random allocation, with 46 cases in the control group and 46 cases in the observation group. Routine nursing and nutritional support nursing combined with psychological nursing were selected respectively, and nursing satisfaction, SDS, SAS scores, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, SDS and SAS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and quality of life in observation group was significantly increased (P<0.05). The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of nutritional support nursing and psychological nursing in tongue cancer patients can significantly improve nursing satisfaction, improve patients negative emotions, improve quality of life, and reduce complications, which is worthy of promotion and application.
