摘要	为加速恢复胃恶性肿瘤患者术后胃肠功能，就不同护理方法实施效果进行评价。方法研究时间截取的是2021年11月~2022年11月，研究对象对60例胃恶性肿瘤患者，随机分组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施综合护理，观察护理情况。结果护理干预后，观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组胃肠功能恢复情况好于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者生活质量高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论不同护理方法取得护理效果也不相同，优质护理能够降低胃恶性肿瘤患者术后并发症发生可能性，可以促使胃肠功能恢复，有利于提升护理效果，具有较好的临床推广性。
Abstract	Objective: To accelerate the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric malignancy, to evaluate the effect of different nursing methods. Methods: The study time was taken from November 2021 to November 2022. The study subjects randomized 60 patients with gastric malignant tumors. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing and observed the nursing situation. Results: After nursing intervention, the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05); the complication rate was lower than the observation group (P <0.05); the gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05); and the quality of life of the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Different nursing methods achieve different nursing effects. High-quality nursing can reduce the possibility of postoperative complications in patients with gastric malignant tumors, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, is conducive to improving the nursing effect, and has a good clinical promotion.
