小儿支气管肺炎的中医护理技术分析

摘要	探讨支气管肺炎患儿临床治疗中加入中医护理对于提升临床疗效的价值。方法选取120例于2021年6月至2023年1月期间在我院接受治疗的支气管肺炎患儿，依据接受治疗先后分为对照组及观察组，对照组接受药物及常规的护理，观察组则加入了中医护理，对比两组临床疗效、症状缓解所需时间以及护理满意度。结果经过不同的护理干预后，观察组总有效率为96.67%，明显高于对照组的83.33%；观察组的肺部湿啰音等症状消失所用时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的护理满意度为98.33%，与对照组的96.67%相近，数据差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论在小儿支气管肺炎的临床治疗过程中适当加入中医护理干预可有效协助提升临床疗效，快速改善患儿临床症状，临床值得推荐使用。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the value of incorporating traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the clinical treatment of children with bronchopneumonia in improving clinical efficacy. Method: 120 children with bronchopneumonia who received treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group based on the order of treatment received. The control group received medication and routine care, while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine care. The clinical efficacy, time required for symptom relief, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result: After different nursing interventions, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than 83.33% of the control group; The time taken for the disappearance of symptoms such as lung moist rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.33%, which was similar to 96.67% of the control group, and the data difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The appropriate addition of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia can effectively assist in improving clinical efficacy and rapidly improve clinical symptoms, and is recommended for clinical use.
