摘要	探讨对胃癌晚期患者实施疼痛护理以及临终关怀后，对其生活的影响。方法选择 2022 年 4 月到 2023 年 4 月收治的晚期胃癌患者 90 例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=45 例，实施常规护理）与实验组（n=45 例，实施疼痛护理与临终关怀）。对比两组 SAS 评分、SDS 评分、VAS 评分以及生活质量。结果实验组 SAS 评分、SDS 评分以及 VAS 评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；同时实验组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对晚期胃癌患者实施疼痛护理与临终关怀能够有效改善其心理状态，缓解疼痛，提升生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To explore the impact of pain nursing and Palliative care on the life of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods 90 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into the control group (n=45 cases, with routine care) and the experimental group (n=45 cases, with pain care and Palliative care). Compare the SAS scores, SDS scores, VAS scores, and quality of life between two groups. Result The SAS score, SDS score, and VAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); At the same time, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pain nursing and Palliative care for patients with advanced gastric cancer can effectively improve their psychological status, relieve pain and improve their quality of life.
