Objective To explore the nursing effect of lean management in PFNA internal fixation for femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 80 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated with PFNA internal fixation in our hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into a control group (40 cases) and an observation group (40 cases) according to the Spread software grouping method. The control group used conventional nursing methods, while the observation group used lean management nursing intervention methods. The hip joint function (Harris score), nursing quality, complication rate, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results ① Hip joint function: There was no significant difference in Harris scores between the two groups before nursing, and after nursing, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05) Nursing quality: The nursing quality of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) Complication rate: observation group vs control group=7.50% (3/40) vs 25.00% (10/40), observation groupcontrol group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of lean management nursing intervention in the nursing of PFNA internal fixation for femoral intertrochanteric fractures can improve the function of patients hip joints, improve the quality of patient care, reduce the incidence of complications, and enhance nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and implementing.
