Objective To analyze the application value of using vasoactive drugs for cluster nursing in critically ill patients. Methods The study period was from October 2021 to January 2023. 78 critically ill patients who received vasoactive Drug injection in our hospital during this period were selected. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into the control group of 39 routine nursing care, and the remaining 39 patients were the observation group of intensive care. The adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after the implementation of vasoactive drugs were compared, and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with drug use was compared. Result The incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction with medication effects in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Cluster nursing can improve drug management, reduce adverse events, and improve patient satisfaction, which is beneficial for their nursing dependency.
