摘要	本文主要目的为探究临床肿瘤学院对护生进行灵性照顾培养的现状，为提升护生灵性照顾能力提供有效对策与建议。方法选取 2022 年 1 月－2023 年 1 月期间临床肿瘤学院招收的护生 100 例作为研究对象，对其灵性照顾培训现状进行分析，对比优化培训前后的灵性照顾能力评分。结果经过优化培训后，临床肿瘤学院的护生专业能力、转介能力、支持能力、发展能力、质量改进能力以及交流能力评分均显著优于培训前（P ＜0.05）。结论经过培训，肿瘤学院的护生专业能力、转介能力、支持能力、发展能力、质量改进能力以及交流能力评分均优于培训前。
Abstract	Objective The main purpose of this article is to explore the current situation of spiritual care training for nursing students in clinical oncology colleges, and to provide effective strategies and suggestions for improving the spiritual care ability of nursing students. Method From January 2022 to January 2023, 100 nursing students enrolled in the School of Clinical Oncology were selected as research objects, and the current status of spiritual care training was analyzed, and the scores of spiritual care ability before and after training were compared and optimized. Result After the optimized training, the scores of nursing professional ability, referral ability, support ability, development ability, quality improvement ability and communication ability of the School of Clinical Oncology were significantly better than those before the training (P<0.05).Conclusion After training, the scores of nursing professional ability, referral ability, support ability, development ability, quality improvement ability and communication ability of the oncology college were better than before the training.
