摘要	分析皮内针（埋针）中医适宜技术在基层医院痔疮手术后尿潴留的应用效果。方法选取我院于 2022.04-2023.04 月收治的 86 例行痔疮手术后尿潴留患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（43 例，采用常规诱导排尿干预）与观察组（43 例，采用皮内针（埋针）治疗）。对两组的干预效果进行分析。结果两组患者采取有效干预措施后均取得一定效果，但观察组采用皮内针（埋针）治疗后，其首次排尿情况、排尿顺畅度、尿管重置率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在痔疮手术后尿潴留患者干预中采用皮内针（埋针）治疗，可有效缩短其首次排尿等待时间，提升排尿顺畅度，降低尿管重置风险。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application effect of suitable techniques of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for intracutaneous acupuncture (embedding needle) on Urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery in primary hospitals. Methods 86 patients with Urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery who were admitted to our hospital from 2022.04-2023.04were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into the control group (43 cases, with routine induced urination intervention) and the observation group (43 cases, with intracutaneous acupuncture (embedding needle) treatment). Analyze the intervention effects of the two groups. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after taking effective intervention measures, but the observation group showed better first urination, smoothness of urination, and catheter reset rate than the control group after using intradermal needle (buried needle) treatment, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion In the intervention of patients with Urinary retention after hemorrhoid surgery, the use of intradermal needle (buried needle) can effectively shorten the waiting time for the first urination, improve the smoothness of urination, and reduce the risk of urethral replacement.
