摘要	分析在胃癌术后化疗患者采用针对性护理干预的具体应用及对患者焦虑情绪和生活质量的影响。方法采用 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月我院收治的 97 例胃癌患者，将其中实行常规护理的 49 例患者列为对照组，将另外 48 例实行针对性护理干预的患者列为观察组，对两组患者干预前后焦虑情绪评分进行比较，并对干预后生活质量进行评分比较。结果观察组干预前焦虑情绪评分与对照组比较差异较小（P>0.05），干预后明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），生活质量评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在胃癌术后化疗患者采用针对性护理干预应用效果肯定，能够改善焦虑情绪，提高生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the specific application of targeted nursing interventions in postoperative chemotherapy patients with gastric cancer and their impact on anxiety and quality of life. Method 97 gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were used. Among them, 49 patients who received routine nursing care were included in the control group, while the other 48 patients who received targeted nursing intervention were included in the observation group. The anxiety scores of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared, and the quality of life scores after the intervention were compared. The results showed that there was a small difference in anxiety scores between the observation group and the control group before intervention (P>0.05), but after intervention, it was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), and the quality of life score was higher than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing interventions in postoperative chemotherapy patients with gastric cancer has a positive effect, can improve anxiety and improve quality of life.
