循证护理在肾结石患者护理中的应用效果

摘要	分析肾结石患者护理中采取循证护理的效果。方法 62 例肾结石患者取自 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间，以随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组行常规护理，实验组行循证护理，每组 31 例。比较两组护理效果。结果疾病知识掌握评分比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。症状评分比较，护理后实验组显低（P＜0.05）。生活质量比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。护理满意度比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论肾结石患者护理中采取循证护理效果确切，能够提升患者疾病相关知识掌握，可缓解其症状，提升其生活质量，为此患者较为满意。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with Kidney stone disease. Methods 62 patients with Kidney stone disease were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group from February 2021 to February 2022. The reference group received routine nursing care, and the experimental group received evidence-based nursing care, with 31 cases in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result The score of disease knowledge mastery was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). Symptom scores were significantly lower in the experimental group after nursing (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, the quality of life was significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with Kidney stone disease is accurate, which can improve the patients knowledge of disease, alleviate their symptoms, and improve their quality of life. Therefore, the patients are more satisfied.
