Objective To discuss the value of applying high-quality nursing care in perioperative period for patients undergoing cardiac Great vessels surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent cardiac and Great vessels surgery in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by computer blind selection method. The control group was 60 cases, and routine clinical nursing was applied. The observation group was 60 cases, and high-quality nursing was applied. The psychological status, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing were compared. Result After nursing, the SDS depression and SAS anxiety scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were better than those of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality nursing in perioperative period for patients undergoing cardiac Great vessels surgery can effectively relieve their psychological state of depression and anxiety, reduce the occurrence of complications and improve their satisfaction.
