精细化管理在预防住院老年患者护理不良事件中的作用探讨

摘要	探讨精细化管理在预防住院老年患者护理不良事件中的作用。方法选取 2022 年 6 月到 2023 年 6 月期间我院收治的老年住院患者 120 例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组，每组患者 60 例，对照组患者采用常规管理，实验组患者采用精细化管理。对比两组患者护理不良事件发生率、患者满意度、护理质量评分以及患者生活质量。结果护理后实验组患者不良事件发生率低于对照组，患者满意度、生活质量以及护理质量评分优于对照组（P 均＜0.05）。结论对老年住院患者实施精细化管理能够有效减少不良事件，提升生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To explore the role of refined management in preventing adverse nursing events in hospitalized elderly patients. Method: 120 elderly inpatients admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine management, while the experimental group received refined management. Compare the incidence of nursing adverse events, patient satisfaction, nursing quality scores, and patient quality of life between two groups of patients. Result: After nursing, the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the patient satisfaction, quality of life, and nursing quality scores were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing refined management for elderly hospitalized patients can effectively reduce adverse events and improve quality of life.
