Objective To explore and analyze the effect of collaborative care on patients with end-stage renal disease hemodialysis. Methods A total of 102 terminal renal hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for this study. Based on the number of admissions, 102 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted the routine nursing intervention; the observation group adopted the collaborative nursing intervention. Comparative analysis of the self-care ability of the two groups; quality of life and compliance. Results The observation group was better than the control group, with P <0.05. Conclusion Collaborative care intervention for hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease can significantly improve their self-care ability; the quality of life and compliance are worth promotion and application.
