递进式目标护理干预对血液透析患者心理状态及自我管理能力的影响研究

摘要	探究血液透析中执行递进式目标护理的具体效用。方法我院40例接受血液透析的患者，借助双盲法分为对照组（20例）、研究组（20例）。对照组执行常规模式下的护理干预，研究组实施递进式目标护理干预，比较两组成效。结果研究组干预后的焦虑及抑郁评分显著低于对照组，且在干预后的自我管理能力评分表现优于对照组，差异P<0.05。结论递进式目标护理对于平稳血液透析患者的心态，以及促进其机体营养状况改善及自我管理能力提高均有积极作用，值得借鉴。
Abstract	Objective To explore the specific effect of progressive target nursing in hemodialysis. Methods 40 patients receiving hemodialysis in our hospital were divided into control group (20 cases) and study group (20 cases) by double-blind method. The control group carried out nursing intervention under the conventional mode, while the research group carried out progressive target nursing intervention, and compared the effects of the two groups. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of self-management ability in the study group after intervention were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Progressive target nursing has a positive effect on stabilizing the state of mind of hemodialysis patients, and promoting the improvement of their nutritional status and self-management ability, which is worthy of reference.
