Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with prostate hyperplasia. Methods Fifty patients with prostate hyperplasia were randomly selected from the andrology department of our hospital as the research object, and were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission order of the 50 patients, and routine nursing and high-quality nursing were respectively administered to them, and the psychological state, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared under different nursing modes. Results Anxiety rating Scale (SAS) and Depression Rating Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the psychological state of the two groups of patients. It was reported that the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group under the implementation of high-quality nursing (P < 0.05). Secondly, the complication rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Using high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with prostatic hyperplasia can alleviate their psychological stress, reduce the risk of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
