摘要
探究情绪管理在护理人员管理中的应用。方法 选取2021年12月-2022年12月1年内在我院工作的78例护理人员作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(39例,使用常规管理)和观察组{39例,使用情绪管理(心理护理)}。对两组的管理效果对比分析。结果 两组护理人员在接受管理后均取得一定效果,但观察组在采用情绪管理后,其护理质量、心理状态评分、护理不良事件发生率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在护理人员管理中,采用情绪管理能取得较佳的效果,可有效提升其护理质量,改善其心理状态,减少护理不良事件的出现。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of emotional management in nursing staff management. Methods 78 nursing staff members who worked in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (39 cases, using routine management) and an observation group (39 cases, using emotional management (psychological care)) using a random number table method. Compare and analyze the management effects of the two groups. Results Both groups of nursing staff achieved certain results after receiving management, but the observation group showed better nursing quality, psychological state score, and incidence of nursing adverse events compared to the control group after adopting emotional management, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion In the management of nursing staff, adopting emotional management can achieve better results, effectively improve their nursing quality, improve their psychological state, and reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events.
