踝关节骨折治疗中使用骨科护理临床路径的效果分析

摘要	分析使用骨科护理临床路径进行踝关节骨折患者护理的效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月本院收治的踝关节骨折患者70例进行分析，均依据平分原则分入护理临床路径和常规护理的研究组、参照组，各35例，分析护理结果。结果研究组情绪状态、踝关节功能及住院时间均优于参照组，护理满意度和效果高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论使用骨科临床路径护理进行踝关节骨折患者的护理工作，能够提高患者的恢复效果，促进护理满意度和效果提升。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pathway of orthopaedic nursing for patients with ankle fracture. Methods 70 patients with ankle fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for analysis, and were divided into the clinical nursing pathway and the study group and the reference group of routine nursing according to the principle of equalization, with 35 cases each, and the nursing results were analyzed. Results The emotional state, ankle joint function and hospital stay of the study group were better than those of the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction and effect were higher than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of orthopaedic clinical pathway nursing for ankle fracture patients can improve the recovery effect of patients, and promote the satisfaction and effect of nursing.
