全科护理对老年病护理能力提升的影响分析

摘要	探究老年病患者实施全科护理对改善护理能力的作用。方法选取自2021年6月~2022年6月到我院就诊的72例老年病患者。采用随机数字表法均分为全科组及基础组（n=36）。基础组行常规护理干预，全科组加用全科护理。比较两组负性情绪、生活质量及护理满意程度。结果全科组负性情绪、生活质量及护理满意程度均优于基础组，两组数据比较意义存在（P<0.05）。结论全科对老年病患者的应用效果较好，患者的负性情绪、生活质量与护理满意程度均改善。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of general practice nursing on improving nursing ability of elderly patients. Methods 72 geriatric patients presented to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022. Random number table method was divided into general practice group and basic group (n=36). The basic group conducts routine care intervention, and the general practice group added general practice care. Negative mood, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Negative mood, quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the general practice group were better than the basic group, and the comparative significance of the two groups existed (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of general practice on elderly patients is good, and the negative emotion, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients are improved.
