围术期精细化护理联合舒适护理对小儿隐匿性阴茎患儿的临床效果研究

摘要	研究围术期精细化护理联合舒适护理干预小儿隐匿性阴茎患儿的效果。方法纳入2022年就诊的82例小儿隐匿性阴茎患儿。普通护理干预组（41例）：常规护理干预。围术期精细化+舒适护理干预组（41例）：围术期精细化护理联合舒适护理干预。观察效果。结果护理后，围术期精细化+舒适护理干预组的遵医依从性评分，对比普通护理干预组[（3.45±0.48）分对比（2.28±0.24）分]更高，p＜0.05。围术期精细化+舒适护理干预组的术后疼痛情况，对比普通护理干预组[术后1d的NRS评分：（4.36±0.51）分对比（5.26±0.78）分；术后3d的NRS评分：（3.11±0.23）分对比（4.78±0.41）分；术后5d的NRS评分：（2.25±0.19）分对比（3.45±0.39）分；术后7d的NRS评分：（1.14±0.05）分对比（2.18±0.11）分]，均更低，p＜0.05。围术期精细化+舒适护理干预组的并发症发生率更低，p＜0.05；护理满意率更高，p＜0.05。结论将围术期精细化护理联合舒适护理干预，用于小儿隐匿性阴茎患儿，更利于病情控制。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of perioperative fine care combined with comfortable nursing intervention in children with hidden penis. Methods Eighty-two children with insidious penile treatment in 2022 were included. General care intervention group (41 cases): usual care intervention. Perioperative fine care + comfort care intervention group (41 cases): perioperative fine care combined with comfort care intervention. Observational effect. Results After nursing, the compliance score of the perioperative refinement + comfort care intervention group was higher in [(3.45 ± 0.48) (2.28 ± 0.24)] than the general care intervention group, p <0.05. Postoperative pain in the perioperative refinement + comfort care intervention group was compared to the general care intervention group [NRS score at 1d: (4.36 ± 0.51): (5.26 ± 0.78); and NRS score at 3d: (3.11 ± 0.23) (4.78 ± 0.41); 2 d (2.25 ± 0.19) (3.45 ± 0.39); 7d postoperative NRS score: (1.14 ± 0.05) (2.18 ± 0.11), all lower, p <0.05)]. Perioperative refinement + comfort care intervention group had a lower complication rate, p <0.05; nursing satisfaction rate was higher, p <0.05. Conclusion The perioperative fine nursing care combined with comfortable nursing intervention is used for children with hidden penis, which is more conducive to condition control.
