中医护理联合优质护理在小儿扁桃体炎中的价值分析

摘要	探讨在小儿扁桃体炎护理中给予中医护理联合优质护理的效用价值。方法此次实验共选取114例患者进行对比实验，均为小儿扁桃体炎病症，采取摇号方式进行分组，沿用常规护理的对照组与实施中医联合优质护理的观察组各57例患者，对两组实际应用效果进行比较。结果经相关研究表明，护理干预前两组患者生活质量水平经对比无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。护理后相比对照组，观察组各维度生活质量水平较优（P＜0.05）。与此同时观察组患儿家属对护理满意率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对于扁桃体炎的患儿而言，在其临床诊治期间予以中医联合优质护理可有效提升其生活质量水平，相比常规组，患儿家属对护理工作满意度更高。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effective value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with high-quality nursing in the nursing of children with tonsillitis. Methods A total of 114 patients were selected for comparative experiment, all of whom were children with tonsillitis, and were divided by lottery. 57 patients in each control group using conventional nursing and observation group implementing traditional Chinese medicine combined high-quality nursing were compared for the practical application effect of the two groups. Results There was no statistical significance in quality of life between the two groups before nursing intervention (P > 0.05). After nursing, the quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction rate of the families of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For the children with tonsillitis, Chinese medicine combined with high-quality nursing during clinical diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve their quality of life. Compared with the conventional group, the families of the children have higher satisfaction with nursing work.
