摘要	对骨科护理中的安全隐患进行分析，并讨论对骨科患者实施人性化护理干预的应用效果。方法抽取2021年8月-2022年8月期间我院骨科收治的患者108例进行分组观察，分组的方法为随机信封法，其中54例患者接受骨科常规性护理，将其命名为参照组，其余54例患者接受人性化护理，将其命名为观察组；对两组患者安全事件发生率以及护理满意度进行比较。结果与参照组患者相比，观察组患者的安全事件发生率更低，护理满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论骨科患者多数存在不同程度活动受限的情况，应结合骨科护理中存在的安全隐患，并制定具有人性化的护理方案，可降低患者安全事件发生风险，并可促进护患关系，提升护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the hidden dangers in orthopedic nursing and discuss the effect of humanized nursing intervention on orthopedic patients. Methods 108 patients treated in the department of orthopaedics in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were divided into two groups. 54 patients received routine orthopedic care and were named as the control group. The other 54 patients received humanized nursing and named the observation group, and the incidence of safety events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the patients in the control group, the incidence of safety events in the observation group was lower and the nursing satisfaction was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion most orthopedic patients have limited activities in varying degrees, so we should combine the hidden dangers existing in orthopedic nursing and formulate a humanized nursing plan, which can reduce the risk of patients safety events and promote the relationship between nurses and patients. improve nursing satisfaction.
