摘要	探讨神经内科早期康复护理干预对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫预后的影响。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年12月80例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施神经内科早期康复护理干预。比较两组护理前后不良情绪、下肢功能、生活自理能力、护理满意度、住院时间。结果实验组不良情绪低于对照组，下肢功能、生活自理能力高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组， P＜0.05。结论缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者实施神经内科早期康复护理干预效果确切。
Abstract	Objective To explore the impact of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in neurology on the prognosis of hemiplegia after ischemic stroke. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 80 patients with ischemic stroke and hemiplegia in our hospital were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention in neurology. The adverse emotions, lower limb function, self care ability, nursing satisfaction, and hospital stay before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had lower adverse emotions than the control group, higher lower limb function and self care ability, higher nursing satisfaction, and shorter hospital stay than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention in neurology for patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke is effective.
