Objective To optimize the nursing measures of patients with atrial fibrillation during the treatment of radiofrequency ablation, and to analyze the implementation methods and effects of perioperative collaborative incentive nursing. Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 who were treated with RF ablation for atrial fibrillation were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with perioperative cooperative incentive nursing. The results of intervention were compared. Results According to the data, the score of SCL-90 in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and there were differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). At the same time, in the comparison of disease coping styles of patients, it can be seen that the observation group is better than the control group in different indicators, and there are differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with atrial fibrillation treated by radiofrequency ablation, perioperative collaborative incentive nursing can help patients maintain stable mood and cooperate with treatment with a positive attitude, which has certain promotion and application value.
