结构式心理护理对 ICU 重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

摘要	研究结构式心理护理对 ICU 重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床应用效果。方法对我院 2023 年 1 月至 2023 年 7 月 ICU 重症急性胰腺炎患者进行随机抽取，抽取 62 例患者分成两组观察临床效果，其中对照组患者接受常规护理干预，试验组患者在常规护理的基础上接受结构式心理护理，对比两组患者 SAS 评分、SDS 评分、生活质量评分、住院时间及住院费用。结果试验组患者接受护理干预后，SAS 评分、SDS 评分及住院费用均低于对照组患者，且生活质量高于对照组患者，住院时间短于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论结构式心理护理能够有效缓解 ICU 重症急性胰腺炎患者的焦虑情绪，缩短患者住院时间，提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical application effect of structured psychological nursing on ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Method A total of 62 ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from January 2023 to July 2023 were randomly selected and divided into two groups to observe clinical outcomes. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received structured psychological care on the basis of routine nursing. SAS scores, SDS scores, quality of life scores, length of stay, and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups. Result After receiving nursing intervention, the SAS score, SDS score, and hospitalization cost of the experimental group patients were lower than those of the control group patients, and the quality of life was higher than that of the control group patients. The hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Structured psychological care can effectively alleviate the anxiety of ICU patients with severe acute pancreatitis, shorten their hospitalization time, and improve their quality of life.
