精准护理在鼻咽癌放化疗病人中的应用效果

摘要	探究对鼻咽癌放化疗患者采用精准护理的护理效果。方法本次研究选择 42 例鼻咽癌放化疗患者为研究对象，随机均分到研究组和对照组，分别进行精准护理和常规护理。结果研究组患者口干、张口困难、口腔黏膜炎、听力下降等发生率均显著低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，统计学有意义（P＜0.05）。结论对接受放射性治疗鼻咽癌患者实施精准护理，对毒副作用及并发症的预防效果显著，并促进患者生活质量的提升，值得进行广泛推广。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the nursing effect of precision nursing in patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods In this study, 42 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, and the precision nursing and usual nursing were respectively. Results The incidence rates of dry mouth, difficulty opening of mouth, oral mucositis and hearing loss in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of precise nursing care for patients receiving radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma has a significant preventive effect on toxic side effects and complications, and promotes the improvement of patients quality of life, which is worthy of extensive promotion.
