Objective To investigate the application value of music combined with first lying down and then supine position touching in neonatal care. Method 80 newborns born in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a coordination group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention for newborns, and the coordination group was given music and touch nursing intervention for newborns in a prone to supine position. Compare the crying situation, first bowel movement time, and turning yellow time of fetal stool between two groups of newborns at different time periods. Result ① The crying rate of the cooperating group at different time periods after neonatal care was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the data showed significant differences (P<0.05) with statistical significance; ② The first defecation time and the turning yellow time of fetal stools in the cooperating group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the data showed significant differences (P<0.05) with statistical significance. Conclusion Providing newborn babies with music and touch care in a prone to supine position can effectively control their crying situation, shorten the time of first bowel movement and the time of fetal stool turning yellow, and have high clinical application value.
