摘要	【摘要】本研究旨在评估中药涂擦联合压疮预警护理对老年科Ⅰ期压疮患者的预防效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法选择 2022 年 4 月到 2023 年 4 月老年科门诊收治的Ⅰ期压疮患者 90 例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=45 例，实施常规护理）与实验组（n=45 例，实施中药涂擦联合压疮预警护理）。对比两组压疮发生率、压疮面积、愈合时间以及生活质量。结果实验组压疮发生率、压疮面积、愈合时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；同时实验组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论中药涂擦联合压疮预警护理能够显著降低老年科Ⅰ期压疮患者的压疮发生率和压疮面积，减少愈合时间，并有效提高患者的生活质量。因此，中药涂擦联合压疮预警护理在老年科Ⅰ期压疮患者的预防及生活质量改善上具有良好的临床应用价值。
Abstract	【Abstract】Objective This study aims to evaluate the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with pressure ulcer early warning nursing on elderly patients with stage I pressure ulcers and its impact on their quality of life. Method 90 patients with stage I pressure ulcers admitted to the geriatric outpatient department from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=45 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=45 cases, receiving traditional Chinese medicine application combined with pressure ulcer early warning care) according to the random number table method. Compare the incidence, area, healing time, and quality of life of pressure ulcers between the two groups. Result The incidence, area, and healing time of pressure ulcers in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); At the same time, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine application combined with pressure ulcer early warning nursing can significantly reduce the incidence and area of pressure ulcers in elderly patients with stage I pressure ulcers, reduce healing time, and effectively improve the quality of life of patients. Therefore, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine application and pressure ulcer early warning nursing has good clinical application value in the prevention and improvement of quality of life of elderly patients with stage I pressure ulcers.
