Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle method on the management of social disinfection supply center. Methods In 2022, 1300 sterilization kits under the routine management of socialized sterilization supply center from January to June were accepted as the control group, and 1300 sterilization kits under PDCA management from July to December were accepted as the study group. Compare the product service quality, the work quality of the staff of the social disinfection supply center and the satisfaction evaluation of clinical departments of the two groups of sterilization kits under different management modes. Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle management mode, (1) Sterilization package: The qualified rate of product service quality in all aspects of the sterilization package from recycling to distribution in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P ＜0.05). (2) Staff: The basic work quality of the staff of the socialized disinfection supply center was higher than that before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). (3) Satisfaction: Satisfaction of all clinical departments was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Using PDCA cycle method to manage the social disinfection supply center can improve the qualified rate of product service quality of sterilization kits and the work quality of staff, and also improve the satisfaction of clinical departments in our hospital.
