综合护理干预在前列腺癌根治术后患者尿失禁中的临床效果探讨

摘要	探讨在前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者中采取综合护理干预的具体临床效果。方法采用 2022 年 9 月-2023 年 5 月在我院进行前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁的 79 例患者，其中 40 例实行常规护理干预的患者为对照组，另外 39 例实行综合护理干预的患者为观察组，对两组尿失禁临床指标、患者不良情绪及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者尿失禁持续时间及尿管留置时间均短于对照组，其患者不良情绪评分低于对照组，总满意度较高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者实行综合护理干预临床效果明确，能够缩短尿失禁持续时间及尿管留置时间，减少患者不良情绪，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the specific clinical effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer. Method A total of 79 patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy in our hospital from September 2022 to May 2023 were used. Among them, 40 patients who received routine nursing intervention were used as the control group, and 39 patients who received comprehensive nursing intervention were used as the observation group. Clinical indicators of urinary incontinence, adverse emotions of patients, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result The duration of urinary incontinence and indwelling time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and their negative emotional scores were lower than those of the control group. The overall satisfaction was higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy has a clear clinical effect, which can shorten the duration of urinary incontinence and catheter retention time, reduce negative emotions in patients, and improve nursing satisfaction.
