摘要	分析口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤切除联合颈淋巴结清扫围手术期护理对患者预后的效果。方法 48 例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者取自 2020 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间，上述患者均采取口腔颌面恶性肿瘤切除联合颈淋巴结清扫术治疗。按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组行常规护理，实验组行围术期护理干预，每组 24 例。比较两组护理效果。结果焦虑、抑郁评分对比发现，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。生活质量对比发现，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。护理满意度对比发现，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论口腔颌面恶性肿瘤切除联合颈淋巴结清扫患者围术期护理效果确切，可消除患者负面情绪，提升其生活质量，改善患者治疗效果。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing care for patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor resection combined with neck lymph node dissection on prognosis. Method 48 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors were selected from February 2020 to February 2022, and all of them were treated with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor resection combined with neck lymph node dissection. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received perioperative nursing intervention, with 24 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result The comparison of anxiety and depression scores showed that the experimental group had a significantly lower score (P<0.05). The comparison of quality of life showed that the experimental group showed significantly higher levels (P<0.05). The comparison of nursing satisfaction found that the experimental group showed a significant increase(P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative nursing effect of resection of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors combined with neck lymph node dissection is accurate, which can eliminate negative emotions, improve their quality of life, and improve the treatment effect of patients.
