个性化护理在肝病护理中的应用效果分析

摘要	探讨个性化护理干预应用在肝病中的临床价值。方法对我院 2022 年 5 月-2023 年 5 月收治的 100 例肝病患者进行研究，按照随机数字表法分组，实验组和对照组各 50 例，对照组采取常规措施，实验组行个性化护理措施，比较两组的生活质量评分、肝功能指标差异、护理满意度与心理情绪评分。结果实验组 SAS 评分与 SDS 评分低于对照组，实验组生活质量评分高于对照组，观察组患者肝功能各项指标控制较佳，实验组护理满意度（96.00%）高于对照组（84.00%），P<0.05。结论个性化护理干预应用在肝病中的效果显著，可提高患者的生活质量水平，减少负面情绪，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical value of personalized nursing intervention in liver diseases. Method A study was conducted on 100 patients with liver diseases admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 50 cases each. The control group received routine measures, while the experimental group received personalized nursing measures. The quality of life scores, differences in liver function indicators, nursing satisfaction, and psychological and emotional scores of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The observation group had better control of various indicators of liver function, and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (84.00%), P<0.05. Conclusion The application of personalized nursing intervention in liver diseases has a significant effect, which can improve patients quality of life, reduce negative emotions, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
