摘要	观察在对慢性肾病发热患者进行护理的过程中将刮痧疗法护理进行运用的作用。方法在 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月本院慢性肾病发热患者中选择 66 例为对象，数字表随机抽选排序划分对照组（33 例，治疗期间开展常规护理）和观察组（33 例，开展刮痧疗法护理）。对比两组护理效果。结果针对两组患者发热症状改善情况，在护理后观察组体温改善水平显著优于对照组，P<0.05。统计患者体内炎性因子水平，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组护理满意度以及恢复期间生活质量，观察组均高于对照组，P<0.05。结论在对慢性肾病发热患者护理时开展刮痧疗法护理，可以迅速降低患者体温以及炎性反应水平，增加患者护理满意度，提升患者在治疗期间生活质量，有助于患者恢复。
Abstract	Objective To observe the role of scraping therapy in the care of patients with chronic kidney disease and fever. Method From June 2022 to June 2023, 66 patients with chronic kidney disease and fever in our hospital were selected as the subjects. They were randomly selected and sorted into a control group (33 cases, receiving routine care during treatment) and an observation group (33 cases, receiving scraping therapy care) using a digital table. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. The results showed that the improvement of fever symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after nursing care, with a P<0.05 difference. The levels of inflammatory factors in the patients body were statistically analyzed, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Comparing the nursing satisfaction and quality of life during recovery between the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out scraping therapy nursing for patients with chronic kidney disease and fever can quickly reduce their body temperature and inflammatory response levels, increase patient satisfaction with nursing, improve their quality of life during treatment, and help patients recover.
