摘要
分析人性化护理服务模式在门诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法 将我院门诊 2022.07-2023.07 月接收的 136 例患者纳入研究,通过随机数字表法分为试验组与参考组,每组 68 例。参考组采用常规护理,试 验组采用人性化护理服务模式,对比两组护理效果。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果,但试验组在 采用人性化护理服务模式后,其门诊平均用时、门诊护理管理质量、护理满意度均优于参考组,差异均有统计学 意义(P<0.05)。结论 在门诊护理管理中应用人性化护理服务模式能取得较佳的效果,可有效减少患者挂号、 候诊等用时,提升门诊护理管理质量,提高门诊护理满意度。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing service model in outpatient nursing management. Method 136 patients admitted to our outpatient department from July 2022 to July 2023 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a random number table method, with 68 patients in each group. The reference group used routine care, while the experimental group used a humanized nursing service model. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving care, but the experimental group showed better average outpatient time, outpatient nursing management quality, and nursing satisfaction than the reference group after adopting a humanized nursing service model, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing service model in outpatient nursing management can achieve better results, effectively reduce patient registration, waiting time, improve the quality of outpatient nursing management, and improve outpatient nursing satisfaction.
