无缝隙护理在浸润性膀胱癌围手术期护理中的效果研究

摘要	探讨对浸润性膀胱癌患者围术期实施无缝隙护理的效果。方法选择 2022 年 2 月到 2023 年 2 月收治的晚期胃癌患者 80 例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=40 例，实施常规护理）与实验组（n=40 例，实施无缝隙护理）。对比两组 SAS 评分、SDS 评分、VAS 评分以及生活质量。结果实验组 SAS 评分、SDS 评分以及 VAS 评分均低于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；同时实验组生活质量评分高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对浸润性膀胱癌患者实施无缝隙护理能够有效改善其心理状态，缓解疼痛，提升生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the effect of seamless nursing in patients with invasive bladder cancer during perioperative period. Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group (n=40 cases, routine nursing) and experimental group (n=40 cases, seamless nursing) according to random number table method. SAS score, SDS score, VAS score and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results SAS scores, SDS scores and VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). At the same time, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of seamless nursing for patients with invasive bladder cancer can effectively improve their psychological state, relieve pain and improve quality of life.
