摘要	分析综合护理干预在改善慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡患者生活质量中的价值。方法在我院就诊的慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡患者中选取130例，时间：2022年4月~2023年4月，以护理不同手段为依据分组，对照组、观察组各65例，将常规干预给予对照组，观察组行综合护理，组间干预效果分析。结果经干预，观察组负性心理、症状评分、生活质量、并发症数值均较对照组优（P<0.05）。结论慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡患者行综合护理取得了确切疗效，利于负性情绪缓解，症状缓解，并发症减少，生活质量提升，可行。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing interventions in improving the quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. Methods 130 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were selected from our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023. They were divided into two groups based on different nursing methods: the control group and the observation group, with 65 cases in each group. Routine intervention was given to the control group, and the observation group received comprehensive care. The effect of intervention between the groups was analyzed. Results After intervention, the observation group showed better negative psychology, symptom score, quality of life, and complications compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer has achieved definite therapeutic effects, which is beneficial for alleviating negative emotions, alleviating symptoms, reducing complications, improving quality of life, and is feasible.
