At present, Chinas capital market has become the second largest stock market and the third largest bond market in the world, but it also has many institutional flaws. In terms of global status, Chinas capital market still has room for further improvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the institutional flaws in Chinas capital market and investment environment and propose some feasible improvement paths to further optimize Chinas capital market, improve the quality of the investment environment and promote economic development. Optimizing Chinas capital market and improving the quality of the investment environment will help promote the sustainable development of Chinas economy and promote the continuous improvement of the status of Chinas capital market in the global financial market.
