摘要	内镜下氩离子凝固术是治疗胃息肉的常用方法之一，但内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗胃息肉导致胃穿孔发生，临床上极其罕见，报道极少。现报道1例我院胃底息肉患者行内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗后，导致急性胃穿孔发生，出现腹痛和腹膜炎体征，经内镜下5枚钛夹密集封闭创面，并给予抑酸、抗炎、营养支持等内科保守治疗，临床痊愈后出院，取得良好效果。
Abstract	Endoscopic argon plasma coagulation is one of the common methods for the treatment of gastric polyp, but gastric perforation following endoscopic argon plasma coagulation therapy of gastric polyp is rare and few report. Here, we reported one case acute gastric perforation after endoscopic argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of gastric fundus polyp, and abdominal pain and peritonitis, the patient recovered and discharged after close the wound with 5 titanium clips under endoscope and acid suppression and anti-inflammatory and nutritional support and other medical conservative treatment, achieve good results.
