居家腹膜透析患者RPM远程护理管理对腹膜透析质量的影响观察

摘要	探究Sharesource系统居家腹膜透析患者远程管理后对腹膜透析质量影响。方法 2022年1月开始，至2023年4月结束研究，选取我院收治的72例腹膜透析患者作为研究对象，采用前瞻性非随机对照研究，分为远程管理组和传统中心管理组，对比干预前后两组患者实验室指标、容量状态、诊室血压、24小时动态血压指标的差异、住院情况、医疗费用消耗、腹膜透析依从性情况。结果（1）实验室指标：经过腹膜透析治疗后远程管理组实验室指标优于传统中心管理组，（P＜0.05）；（2）容量状态：经过腹膜透析治疗后远程管理组容量状态改善程度高于传统中心管理组，（P＜0.05）；（3）诊室血压、24小时动态血压指标：经过腹膜透析治疗后远程管理组诊室血压、24小时动态血压优于传统中心管理组，（P＜0.05）；（4）住院情况：远程管理组再入院率显著低于传统中心管理组，（P＜0.05）；（5）医疗费用消耗：远程管理组医疗费用显著低于传统中心管理组，（P＜0.05）；（6）腹膜透析依从性：远程管理组腹膜透析依从性显著高于传统中心管理组，（P＜0.05）。结论 Sharesource系统在居家腹膜透析患者应用进行远程管理，对于改善腹膜透析质量有积极作用，同时还可节省医疗费用，建议推广和应用Sharesource系统。
Abstract	Objective To explore the impact of remote management of home peritoneal dialysis patients using the Sharesource system on the quality of peritoneal dialysis. Methods Starting from January 2022 and ending in April 2023, 72 patients with peritoneal dialysis admitted to our hospital were selected as research subjects. A prospective non-randomized controlled study was conducted, and the patients were divided into a remote management group and a traditional center management group. The differences in laboratory indicators, volume status, office blood pressure, 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring indicators, hospitalization, medical cost consumption, and peritoneal dialysis compliance before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results (1) Laboratory indicators: After peritoneal dialysis treatment, the laboratory indicators in the remote management group were better than those in the traditional center management group (P<0.05). (2) Capacity status: After peritoneal dialysis treatment, the remote management group showed a higher improvement in capacity status than the traditional center management group (P<0.05). (3) Office blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure indicators: After peritoneal dialysis treatment, the remote management group had better office blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure than the traditional center management group (P<0.05). (4) Hospitalization: The readmission rate of the remote management group was significantly lower than that of the traditional center management group (P<0.05). (5) Medical expense consumption: The remote management groups medical expenses were significantly lower than those of the traditional center management group (P<0.05). (6) Peritoneal dialysis compliance: Peritoneal dialysis compliance in the remote management group was significantly higher than that in the traditional center management group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the Sharesource system in remote management of home peritoneal dialysis patients has a positive effect on improving the quality of peritoneal dialysis, while also saving medical costs. It is recommended to promote and apply the Sharesource system.
