Objective To explore the effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients recovering from anesthesia after general anesthesia in orthopedics. Methods From January 2021 to January 2023, 100 patients with general anesthesia in our department of Orthopedics were selected as the study objects. Design a control study, randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 cases/group. During the recovery period after anesthesia, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received nursing with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The complication rate, recovery effect, pain sensation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). In the recovery effect, the gastrointestinal recovery and the time of moving out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the body temperature 1 h after operation was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In the sense of pain, VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6 h and 12 h after nursing (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery has good effect in the anesthesia recovery period nursing after orthopedic general anesthesia, which can promote the recovery of patients, reduce complications, reduce postoperative pain of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction.
