循证护理在冠心病并发高血压患者中的应用

摘要	探究冠心病并发高血压患者采取循证护理的效果。方法 68例冠心病并发高血压患者取自2020年3月-2021年3月期间，以护理方法的不同分为参考组和实验组，其中前者采取常规护理，实验组行循证护理，每组34例。对比两组护理效果。结果血压及心功能指标对比发现，护理后实验组显优（P＜0.05）。治疗依从性比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。生活质量对比发现，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。护理满意度对比分析，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论冠心病并发高血压患者采取循证护理的效果较佳，能够对患者的血压及心功能指标予以改善，提升其治疗依从性，促进其生活质量改善，为此患者比较满意。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing for patients with coronary heart disease complicated by hypertension. Methods 68 patients with coronary heart disease complicated by hypertension were selected from March 2020 to March 2021. They were divided into a reference group and an experimental group based on different nursing methods. The former received routine care, while the experimental group received evidence-based care, with 34 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Results The comparison of blood pressure and cardiac function indicators showed that the experimental group showed significant improvement after nursing (P<0.05). The treatment compliance was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). The comparison of quality of life showed that the experimental group showed significantly higher levels (P<0.05). Comparative analysis of nursing satisfaction showed that the experimental group showed a significant increase (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence based nursing is more effective for patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension, which can improve blood pressure and cardiac function indicators, enhance treatment compliance, and promote improvement in their quality of life. Therefore, patients are relatively satisfied with this.
