This study explores the importance of organization design and its change in enterprise development from the perspective of enterprise management. Through sorting out the existing studies, we find that organization design is an important part of enterprise management, which determines the structure, function and operation of the enterprise. Organizational change, on the other hand, is a necessary means for enterprises to adapt to environmental changes and enhance competitiveness. This study further verifies the impact of organization design and organization change on enterprise success through the analysis of related cases, and explores the importance of organization design and organization change from the perspective of enterprise management. By systematically sorting out and summarizing existing studies, we find that organizational design and organizational change have a significant impact on corporate success. Future research can further explore how to optimize the strategies of organizational design and organizational change to help companies maintain competitive advantages in the changing market environment.
