摘要	探究应用共情护理后抑郁症患者情绪及生活功能的改善情况。方法通过随机抽取 2022 年 8 月至 2023 年 8 月在本院接受护理干预的 56 例抑郁症患者确定研究对象，运用抽签方式将 56 例研究对象分成两组，以便对研究结果进行对比，其中一组患者接受常规护理干预（对照组），另一组接受共情护理干预（实验组），对比两组患者接受护理干预后的 SAS 评分、SDS 评分及生活功能评分。结果接受护理干预后，实验组患者 SAS 评分、SDS 评分明显低于对照组患者，且生活功能评分高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论共情护理能够有效缓解抑郁症患者的抑郁情绪，对于提高患者的生活功能有非常明显的作用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the improvement of emotional and life function in patients with depression after the application of empathy nursing. Method 56 depression patients who received nursing intervention in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects. The 56 study subjects were divided into two groups by drawing lots to compare the research results. One group of patients received routine nursing intervention (control group), and the other group received empathetic nursing intervention (experimental group). The SAS scores of the two groups of patients after receiving nursing intervention were compared SDS score and life function score. Result After receiving nursing intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group patients, and the life function scores were higher than those of the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Empathetic care can effectively alleviate the depressive mood of patients with depression and has a significant effect on improving their life function.
