| 摘要 |
研究分析红外偏振光治疗肩周炎的护理方案。方法 本次实验跨越2020年4月至2021年10月这一时间段，研究人员对84例接受红外偏振光治疗的肩周炎患者进行研究。研究人员按照双盲对照原则对本次实验所选患者进行分组，对照组所选42例患者治疗过程中实施一般护理，实验组所选42例患者治疗过程中实施综合护理，记录对照组及实验组患者治疗效果、护患纠纷出现情况、焦虑及抑郁评分，并实施比较分析。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者治疗效果相关数据进行比较分析，两组患者治疗总有效率分别为88.10%及95.24%，组间差异较大，（p＜0.05）；对照组所选42例患者中共计出现4例护患纠纷，占组内所选患者人数的比例为9.52%，实验组对应人数为1人，占比为2.38%，分析两组患者护患纠纷出现概率相关数据，差异较大，（p＜0.05）；两组患者在护理干预前焦虑评分及抑郁评分之间的差异微小，（p＞0.05），对照组及实验组患者护理干预后焦虑评分及抑郁评分之间均表现出了较大的差距，（p＜0.05）。结论 在接受红外偏振光治疗的肩周炎患者护理过程中综合护理有着不俗的表现，其在优化治疗效果、减少护患纠纷出现、消除患者负面情绪方面成绩较为显著。

| Abstract |
Objective To study and analyze the nursing plan of infrared polarized light therapy for frozen shoulder. Methods: This experiment spanned the period from April 2020 to October 2021. The researchers studied 84 patients with frozen shoulder who received infrared polarized light therapy. Researchers grouped the patients selected in this experiment according to the principle of double-blind control. 42 patients selected in the control group were given general care during treatment, 42 patients selected in the experimental group were given comprehensive care during treatment, and the control group and experiment were recorded. The treatment effect, the appearance of nurse-patient disputes, anxiety and depression scores of the patients in the group were compared and analyzed. Results: Comparative analysis of the treatment effect-related data of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group. The total effective rates of the two groups of patients were 88.10% and 95.24%, respectively. There were large differences between the groups (p<0.05); the control group selected 42 A total of 4 cases of nurse-patient disputes occurred in the patients, accounting for 9.52% of the number of selected patients in the group, and the corresponding number in the experimental group was 1 person, accounting for 2.38%. The data related to the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes between the two groups were analyzed. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing has a good performance in the nursing process of patients with frozen shoulder undergoing infrared polarized light therapy. It has achieved remarkable results in optimizing the treatment effect, reducing the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes, and eliminating the negative emotions of patients.
