摘要
本研究旨在评估分级式急诊护理联合心理护理在急性上消化道出血患者护理中的应用效果。 方法 在多个医院的急诊科和消化内科于 2022.01-2023.01,1 年内收治的 80 例,将所有患者随机分配,分为对照 组(40 例,采用传统护理组)和观察组(40 例,应用联合护理组)。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集 和分析。结果 观察组的出血控制情况明显优于对照组,生命体征稳定,出血量减少。观察组的平均住院时间较 短,并发症发生率较低。此外,观察组患者对护理的满意度较高,心理状态得到了有效的改善。结论 本研究结 果表明,分级式急诊护理联合心理护理在急性上消化道出血患者护理中具有显著的应用效果。
Abstract
Objective This study aims to evaluate the application effect of graded emergency nursing combined with psychological nursing in the care of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Method 80 patients admitted to the emergency department and gastroenterology department of multiple hospitals from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly assigned to a control group (40 cases, treated with traditional nursing) and an observation group (40 cases, treated with combined nursing). Collect and analyze the effectiveness of two groups of patients after nursing completion. Result The bleeding control in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, with stable vital signs and reduced bleeding volume. The average hospital stay in the observation group was shorter and the incidence of complications was lower. In addition, the observation group showed high satisfaction with nursing and effective improvement in their psychological state. Conclusion The results of this study indicate that the combination of graded emergency care and psychological care has a significant application effect in the care of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
