摘要
高尿酸血症(HUA)是一种因尿酸排泄减少,嘌呤代谢异常,尿酸水平不断增高,导致一氯化钠结 晶在体内沉淀,从而导致机体代谢异常。HUA 的发生与年龄,性别,肥胖,饮食,遗传,缺乏锻炼等多个因素 相关。近年来,运动疗法作为一种重要的非药物治疗方法,已逐步进入医学临床,并收到较好的防治效果。但机 制尚未完全明确。建议未来以不同运动模式介导 HUA 相关分子靶点的系列研究,进一步丰富和充实运动刺激信 号调控 HUA 的分子信号理论。
Abstract
Hyperuricemia (HUA) is a type of metabolic disorder caused by decreased uric acid excretion, abnormal purine metabolism, and constantly increasing uric acid levels, leading to the precipitation of sodium chloride crystals in the body, resulting in abnormal metabolism. The occurrence of HUA is related to multiple factors such as age, gender, obesity, diet, genetics, and lack of exercise. In recent years, exercise therapy, which mainly focuses on non drug treatment methods, is gradually being applied in medical clinical practice and has achieved good preventive and therapeutic effects.But the mechanism is not yet fully clear. It is recommended to conduct a series of studies on molecular targets related to HUA mediated by different exercise modes in the future, in order to further enrich and enrich the molecular signal theory of regulating HUA through exercise stimulation signals.
