摘要	探究接受冠心病介入治疗的患者在自助式心脏康复护理干预后生命质量的变化。方法采用随机抽取的办法，从 2023 年 3 月至 2023 年 7 月在本院接受冠心病介入治疗的患者中抽取 48 例作为研究对象，将这 48 例研究对象随机分为接受常规护理干预的对照组以及接受自助式心脏康复护理的观察组，对比两组患者的生命质量、临床指标。结果与对照组相较，观察组患者的生命质量及各项临床指标更优（P<0.05）。结论自助式心脏康复护理能够有效提高冠心病介入治疗患者的生命质量，对于改善各项临床指标也有非常重要的意义。
Abstract	Objective To explore the changes in quality of life of patients receiving coronary intervention therapy after self-help cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention. Method Using a random sampling method, 48 patients who underwent coronary intervention treatment in our hospital from March 2023 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects. These 48 study subjects were randomly divided into a control group receiving routine nursing intervention and an observation group receiving self-service cardiac rehabilitation care. The quality of life and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Result The quality of life and various clinical indicators of the observation group patients were significantly better than those of the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Self service cardiac rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional treatment, and is also of great significance for improving various clinical indicators.
